Asbestos, Lead and Hazardous containing materials have historically been used in building construction and infrastructure. EnviroMed Services has experienced and licensed personnel to perform inspections, testing, prepare design remediation specifications and provide air monitoring for these hazardous materials.

Our asbestos services are as follows:
• AHERA asbestos compliance inspections and 3 Year Reinspection
for Schools
• Perform periodic surveillance
• Complete building surveys for renovation and/or demolition (daycare centers, residential properties, institutional, commercial and industrial facilities)
• Cost estimates for abatement and bid specifications
• Prepare Alternate Work Practice Applications
• Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plan development
• Air monitoring and abatement oversight
• Background (PCM), personal and final clearance (TEM) sampling
• On-site phase contrast microscopy (PCM) analytical testing

• Inspecting for lead using Portable X-ray Fluorescent (XRF) testing

• Prepare Lead Compliance Plans
• Air monitoring and abatement oversight
• Sampling also performed for chip, wipe, dust, water and soil samples

EnviroMed will conduct a reconnaissance of readily accessible areas of the property to evaluate environmental conditions and potential source areas, pathways, and receptors. Areas of observation in our hazardous materials surveys may include:
