Professional (LEP) will evaluate results of Phase II site investigation to
develop the Phase III scope of work if required.
Prepare a comprehensive report
Phase III Environmental Site Assessment
If required, determine
the extent of contamination present
Evaluate the delineated contamination relative to remediation standard
regulations
Identify remedial action alternatives
LEP selects the remedial approaches by utilizing proposed structures,
barriers and institutional controls to prevent exposure to subsurface contaminants.
Provide most effective method to contain or isolate contamination
